Automatic user recognition
The scales are equipped with automatic user recognition. This function can be enabled
if you have saved your personal data as described in "Entering personal data" and car-
ried out at least one body analysis.
As soon as you step on the scales, they switch on automatically and show you the
weight result within a few seconds. When a similar weight value (difference less than
2.5 kg) is found in the data stored in the scales, the LCD display flashes once and shows
the corresponding memory cell.
The body analysis will start shortly after.
However, automatic user recognition will not work if there is a weight difference of less
than 2.5 kg between two saved users. In this case, manual memory cell selection is
required.
Cleaning
NOTE on material damage
– Do not immerse the scale in water or other liquids.
– Never use harsh, scouring or abrasive cleaning agents or the like to
clean the scale. Otherwise, the surface could be scratched.
– Wipe the scale as needed with a slightly damp soft cloth.
– Disinfect the weighing surface and the sensors from time to time using a suitable
disinfecting agent (available at specialist retailers and pharmacies).
