Corrective action
Properly insert battery pack into charger.
Clean battery contacts by inserting and removing
the battery pack from the charger several times.
Do not attempt to clean contacts with tools. Have
battery serviced by an Authorized Bosch Service
Center or Service Station.
Replace battery pack.
Have charger checked by an Authorized Bosch
Service Center or Service Station.
Plug the charger to working power outlet.
Replace fuse or reset tripped circuit breaker.
Have power cord replaced by an Authorized Bosch
Service Center or Service Station.
Have charger checked by an Authorized Bosch
Service Center or Service Station.
Check whether the Bluetooth® Communication
Module is correctly fitted and locked in place.
Switch Bluetooth® off and on again on your mobile
device.
Check the app on your mobile device.
Check whether Bluetooth® is activated on your
mobile device.
Check whether your mobile device has been
overloaded.
Reduce the distance between the charger and your
mobile device.
Where possible, ensure that there are no
obstructions (e.g. reinforced concrete, metal
doors) between the charger and your mobile
device. Keep the equipment away from any
sources of electromagnetic interference (e.g. Wi-Fi
transmitters).
