2. BEFORE USE

This appliance is packaged in a way as to protect it during transport. Take the appliance
out of its box and remove all packaging materials. You can keep the original box and other
packaging elements in a safe place. This will help you prevent product damage when
transporting it in the future. In case the original packaging is disposed of, make sure all
packaging materials are recycled accordingly.

Make sure all parts and components are included and in good conditions. If there is any
piece missing or in bad conditions, contact the official Cecotec Technical Support Service
immediately.
3. PRODUCT INSTALLATION
Important considerations
1. The air conditioner must be installed by a professional and the installation section of
the product is for the use of the installation professional only! Installation specifications
must be subject to our after-sales service regulations.
2. When filling the fuel coolant, any misoperation can cause serious injury or damage to the
human body or objects.
3. A leakage test must be carried out after completion of the installation.
4. It is imperative to perform the safety inspection before maintaining or repairing an air
conditioner with a combustible refrigerant to minimise the risk of fire.
5. It is necessary to operate the air conditioner under a controlled procedure to minimise
any risk caused by flammable gases or vapours during operation.
6. The requirements for the total weight of refrigerant filled and the area of a room to be
equipped with an air conditioner (shown in Tables GG.1 and GG.2 below).
