How to use the MARINATE function
It is possible to marinate foods under vacuum, which reduces the time required by traditional
marinating. The technique of vacuum marination allows the food to expand, thus opening the
pores and facilitating the entry of the liquid into the food.
1.- Place the food to marinate inside the canister and connect the air tube as described in the
previous section.
2.- Select the vacuum level using the vacuum pressure button, depending on the food you want
to marinate
3.- Close the lid of the vacuum sealer and lock it by lowering the handle.
4.- Press the marinate button to start the cycle. The display will show the number 9 and perform
a vacuum cycle and subsequently fill the canister with air.
5.- The complete marination process will be carried out automatically. The process status will be
shown on the display. This process consists of 5 vacuum cycles of 1 minute duration.
When the display shows 0, the process is complete.
NOTE:
TNote that the process may be stopped at any time, by pressing the vacuum/seal
button.
6.- Remove the air tube and open the vacuum sealer.
NOTE:
Clean the canister tube after each cycle to prevent any obstructions.
