End-of-season storage
Before putting the machine into store for the winter, run it with non-
aggressive, non-toxic antifreeze.
Put the machine in a dry place, protected from frost.

EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE
Warning - danger!
Extraordinary maintenance must be performed by
an authorised sales and service centre.
10.1 Check the hydraulic circuit, inspect the fixtures and mount-
ings for damage and check the boiler electrode setting every
200 working hours
.

Boiler shuts off and light C18

Probable causes
Lack of diesel
Plastic coupling between diesel pump and boiler motor
worn, diesel pump worn, boiler motor not working
Minor leaks
Water supply tap turned off
Regulating valve seat worn
Water nozzle worn or unsuitable
Worn gaskets
Water filter fouled
Worn intake and/or delivery valves
Dirt in the valves, interfering with their operation
Air being sucked into system
Safety valve leaking
Calcium deposits in circuit
Water in diesel tank
Diesel pressure not correct
Ignition electrodes not correctly positioned
Diesel nozzle fouled
Diesel nozzle worn
Heating coil obstructed
Diesel pump fouled
Diesel solenoid valve not working
10.2 Replace the oil, electrodes, nozzles and filters every
500 working hours.
10.3 Clean the boiler and descale the heating coil every
500 working hours.
10.4 Check the safety devices every 500 working hours.

Store the accessories as shown in fig.5.
Transport the machine as shown in fig.5.
Fill the diesel tank
Replace: the diesel pump coupling or the boiler motor
Contact an Authorised Service Centre
Always disconnect the plug from the power socket before
carrying out any work on the machine. Check that there
are no leaks in the machine's water circuit; repair or
replace any faulty parts. Reset the switch (H).
If the problem persists, contact an Authorised Service
Centre.
