CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Clean only after removing the plug from the socket, and only when the oven has cooled
down.
• Only dust the outer body with a soft, damp cloth when the product is off and has
completely cooled down.
• Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaners.
• Wait for the oven to cool completely to remove any residue left on the hob with the use
of a spatula and wipe gently on the hob with a damp cloth each time you use it.
It is absolutely normal for the firestone to become dark with use. It is a feature of natural
stone or Casapulla stone.
• For optimal cleaning of the hob, we recommend bringing the product to the maximum
temperature ("BOOST" position of the thermostat, position of the resistance selector on
"SUPERIOR RESISTANCE") and leaving the product on for 45 minutes, time necessary to
carry out the process natural pyrolysis.
If the refractory stone is very dirty, you can still purchase a new stone by contacting
Spice Electronics assistance.
• To clean stainless steel, use a soft cloth soaked in a solution of water and soap or
alternatively with baking soda and dish detergent. Rub gently when the oven is
completely cold.
• ATTENTION: Steels subjected to high temperatures tend to change color on the
surface. This is an intrinsic feature of the material and is an absolutely normal
phenomenon.
IT DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY OTHER KIND OF MAINTENANCE.
• Cover and store the device in a dry and dust-free place.

WARNINGS
Always make sure that the appliance is unplugged from the power socket before
cleaning.
Do not use detergents to clean the hob and do not pour cold water on the stone while it
is still hot to avoid possible breakage, caused by thermal shock.
Do not immerse the appliance in water to avoid damaging the electrical system.
Do not touch the hob when the appliance is in operation and, in any case, as long as,
after switching it off, it continues to maintain high heat.
IMPORTANT! Make sure that there are no objects or other materials resting on the hob
when switching on the oven.
