6. Operation
6.1 Trigger lever (Fig. 1/Item 1)
The trigger lever (1) can be used in addition for
adjustable control of the tube speed and therefore
its feed. The further you push the trigger lever (1),

Switching on:
Press the trigger lever (1).
Switching off :
Release the trigger lever (1).
6.2 Setting the speed (Fig. 9)

higher speed. Turn the wheel in "-" direction for a
lower speed.
6.3 Note on drip guard function
This tool comes with a drip guard function.
Dripping of the caulk/adhesive is prevented by the
piston rod being retracted slightly, thus releasing
the pressure in the tube.
6.4 Working with the cordless caulk/adhesive
gun
Preparing the surfaces to be sealed
The surface to be sealed must be prepared by
removing any dirt, grease or residues of old
caulk/adhesive that might be on it. The area to be
sealed must be clean and dry.
Note:
It is recommended to apply a thread of silicone on
a piece of paper or cardboard to test the sealant
quantity and the set speed.
•
Check whether the caulk/adhesive tube
holder (7) is properly mounted in place
(section 5.1).
•
Check whether the tube is properly inserted
(section 5.2).
•
Check whether the tip of the tube nozzle has
been cut off and/or that it is not clogged.
•
Set the speed controller (section 6.2) to
setting 1.

both surfaces to be joined. Use a joint smoothing
trowel or your fi nger to carefully press the caulk/
adhesive into the corners or to fi ll any cracks.
When the tube is empty, the motor will switch off
automatically.
