Taking a break
Press the start/stop/pause/reset button once to put the appliance in pause mode. The appliance stops he-
ating but continues ventilating for a while. The timer pauses. Press the start/stop/pause/reset button again
to continue the cooking process.
Changing the time and/or temperature while cooking
Press the start/stop/pause/reset button once. Change the time and/or temperature, then press the start/
stop/pause/reset button again to continue the cooking process.
Reset
Press and hold the start/stop/pause/reset button for 3 seconds to reset the cooking process. The cook-
ing process stops and the programme is cleared. You need to set the time and temperature again to start
another cooking process.
Flipping
Take out the tray to flip the food to achieve a better end result. The appliance will switch off completely.
Place the tray back in the appliance to automatically continue the cooking process again.
When the cooking process is complete
When the cooking process is complete, the appliance gives a short signal 5 times. The appliance stops
heating but continues to ventilate for a while before switching off completely.
Note:
•
Do not accidentally press the release button when removing the tray from the appliance.
•
It is recommended to let the appliance preheat for 3 minutes.
•
Do not touch the tray and basket, they are very hot. Be careful not to burn yourself.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Thoroughly clean the appliance and the loose parts after each use:
1.
Unplug the appliance and let it cool down.
2.
Remove the tray from the appliance and take the basket out of the tray.
3.
Remove leftover food using absorbent kitchen towels.
4.
Clean the tray and basket thoroughly with hot water, dish soap and a non-abrasive sponge.
5.
Clean the housing with a damp cloth and some washing-up liquid if necessary, then dry.
6.
Put the appliance back together and store in a dry place.
Note:
•
Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents or sharp objects (such as knives or hard brushes)
when cleaning.
•
Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid or hold it under running water.
