PROBLEM
The power indicators on battery
packs are still illuminated when the
tractor is turned off.
The LCD screen fails to be
illuminated with all icons on.
The tractor cuts unevenly, with
significant height difference front
to rear.
The actual grass cutting height is
not aligned with the claimed height.
The tractor does not mulch properly.

CAUSE
When the tractor is turned off on level
ground without removing the battery
pack(s) from the tractor, the power
indicators will remain illuminated for
a period.
When the tractor is turned off on a
slope without setting the parking
brake, the power indicators on battery
packs will stay on until the battery
charge is depleted. The audio indicator
keeps sounding at the same time.
Start/stop button is not pressed for
sufficient time.
When the safety key icon "
"
flashes on the LCD screen, the safety
key is not inserted.
When the parking-brake icon "
" flashes on the LCD screen, the
parking-brake pedal is not fully
depressed.
The blades are dull.
The blades are bent.
The deck is not leveled, resulting in
different cutting blade height
The deck nuts are loosened on the
suspension linkage.
The deck is damaged or seriously
worn.
Wet grass clippings are sticking to the
underside of the deck.
The tractor is set to cut too much
grass at once.
The cutting blades are loose.

SOLUTION
No action is needed. The battery indicators will go off
when the tractor shuts off after a period. Refer to the
section "STOPPING THE TRACTOR" for specific time
Set the parking-brake pedal at the parking-brake position
before leaving the tractor on the slope. Otherwise, the
tractor may slide down the slope.
1. The LCD screen will only display the "fuel gauge" when
the start/stop button is pressed briefly.
2. The LCD screen will turn on after fully depressing the
parking-brake pedal and pressing the start/stop button
for sufficient time simultaneously.
Insert the safety key, then fully depress the parking-brake
pedal and press the start/stop button for sufficient time
simultaneously to turn on the LCD screen.

Sharpen or replace the cutting blades as instructed in this
manual.
Replace the bent cutting blades following the instructions
in section "Replacing the cutting blades".

make correct front-to-rear adjustment for the tractor deck
and securely tighten the nuts on the suspension linkage.
Follow the instructions in section "Removing the deck"
to have tractor deck replaced.
Wait until the grass dries before mowing.
Raise the deck cutting height.
Tighten the blade bolt to the recommended torque.
Replace the bent cutting blades following the instructions
in section "Replacing the cutting blades".
Level the tractor deck following the instructions in section
"Leveling the deck".
Tighten the nuts on the suspension linkage.
Raise the deck cutting height.
