- DEVICE INFO
Here you will find details about the device, the hardware and software status, as
well as the amount of energy supplied by the charger in Ah since commissioning.
- PROGRAM LOCK
If various loading programs are not to be selectable, they can be locked with a long
press (longer than 5 seconds) on the corresponding key. This is indicated by a lock
symbol above the loading program. Pressing and holding the key again unlocks the
loading program.
Charging starts automatically as soon as a functional battery is connected. There is an automatic detection whether a 12V
or 24V battery is connected. If the battery voltage is between 15V and 20V, no charging takes place, but a corresponding
error message.
Another error message "No battery connected" appears if no battery or a deeply discharged battery (battery voltage less
than 10 V or the battery cable is connected incorrectly (reverse polarity)). If the voltage is between 3V and 10V, there is
another query whether the battery should be charged anyway, contrary to our recommendation.
TIP:
The start of the charging mode takes place with a delay of 2-3 seconds, during this time the current battery voltage can be
read in the display.
EASY CHARGE 12V or 12 + 24V
The EASY CHARGE stage is used to charge 12V or 24V lead batteries without
the need for further charge settings. The battery is charged with a maximum
of 20 A charging current (model BHFL33: 12A) and is suitable for batteries
between 20 Ah - 150 Ah. After selecting
EASY charging and if the battery to be charged is connected correctly,
"Charging" appears in the left battery symbol and battery charging is started
automatically. The display also shows the current charging current, the charging
voltage and the currently charged ampere hours.
