DANGER:
• Improper installation, commissioning, modification, repair or maintenance of the fryer may lead to
property loss, personnel injury or fatal danger. Please read the installation, operation and
maintenance instructions carefully before installation.
• Do not attempt to move the device or transfer the hot liquid to another container when the device
is at cooking temperature or filled with hot liquid. If the skin contacts with a hot surface or liquid,
serious body injury may result.
• Do not sit or stand on this device. The front panel of electric appliances, oil tank, and the back
plate are not allowed to trample. Slip, fall, or contact with hot liquids can cause serious injury.
• NEVER use the appliance as a step for cleaning or accessing the ventilation hood. Serious injury
could result from slips, trips or contact with hot liquids.
• For your safety, do not store or use gasoline or other flammable or volatile items in or beside the
fryer.
• Do not remove or modify any structure or material on the fryer, which is designed to fit under the
hood.
• Adequate methods must be provided to limit the movement of this appliance without relying on or
transferring stress to the cable line.
• Disconnect all power cords from the power supply before moving, testing, maintaining, and/or
any repairs to your equipment.
• This appliance must be connected to the power supply according to the voltage and
phase on the appliance nameplate, do not attempt to connect the appliance to a different power
source, electrical connections should be made by a qualified electrician.
• Debris from the chip collector and/or filter must be discharged into a fireproof
container at the end of each day. If certain food particles soak in some kind of oil or shortening,
they will spontaneously combust, causing fire and life injury.
• Before operating, cleaning, maintaining, or repairing this fryer, any oil or other
liquids on the ground should be washed and wiped dry, as failure to do so may result in a fall,
collision injury, or death.
• This fryer cannot be converted into a water bath, which is especially dangerous if the
adjacent frying pan is used for conventional frying. Water splashing or falling into hot oil can cause
an eruption of water vapor, and people near the fryer can be seriously injured.
• Do not operate appliances unless all panels and access covers are properly connected.
• Do not install open flame appliances next to the fryer, fire may occur.
• Do not operate the fryer when the vat is empty, the vat must be filled with liquid before power on.
Failure to do so will cause irreparable damage to the fryer and may cause a fire.
• Do not put a whole solid shortening on the heating element, as this will damage the heating
element and cause the solid shortening to scorch and catch fire.
• When the cooking oil level falls below the minimum oil level, there is a potential fire
hazard. At all times, the cooking oil level should be between the minimum and maximum oil level
lines.
• Using old cooking oil is dangerous because it will have a lower flash point and bubble more easily.
• To avoid the danger of false reset by thermal circuit breakers, appliances cannot be powered by
external switching devices, such as timers or circuits that are timed on and off by common
components.
