2. Installation:
2.1 Introduction
This section provides the installation instructions for this fryer.
Note!
Installation must be performed only by a qualified service technician.
Warning!
Do not use pistol drill or screw to drill holes on the machine case, it will damage construction or
result in electric shock.
2.2 Unboxing
The fryer has been tested, inspected, and expertly packed to ensure arrival at its destination in the best
possible condition. The fryer is packed into strong cardboard withstand normal shipping treatment.
Note!
Any shipping damages should be noted in the presence of the delivery agent and signed prior
to his or her departure.
2.3 Equipment placement
Place the product on a non-skid, non-combustible platform, which must be horizontally stable and able to
support the weight of the entire equipment. Choose a place far away from the heat source, if there is a
stove or other heat sources, must set a insulation screen higher than the top of the equipment.
2.4 Ensure ventilation
This product should be installed in a place with ventilation equipment such as exhaust fan, so as to
ensure that the peculiar smell and lampblack produced by cooking food can be discharged in time and
avoid affecting the operation.
2.5 Power supply requirements
Reference Specification Sheet.
Caution!
The electrical parameters of different models of fryers are different, please refer to the nameplate of the
appliance for correct parameters.
Danger!
To avoid the occurrence of electric shocks, the fryer needs to be sufficiently earthed, please refer to the
relevant local standards and documents.
2.6 Power supply installation
Please follow the following requirements for power supply installation:
· Power cord specification: select the power cord according to the parameters in the specification table
· Circuit breaker: select the circuit breaker according to the parameters of the specification table
· Leakage protector: it is strongly recommended to install leakage protector, and the rated leakage action
current of the leakage protector should be 30mA, and the rated leakage action time should not be more
than 0.1s
· Power Cord Connection: The connection of the power supply is shown in the figure below. Please use
the power cord to connect the device to the automatic circuit breaker first, and then to the power supply.
