3. Operation:
WARNING:
• This unit must be filled with oil which level is between the MAX and MIN, otherwise it will have
hazard of ignition.
• Temperature setting cannot over 391º F (200º C) or it has the risk of ignition.
• Must not mix oil and water together. When water drop into hot oil, excessive boiling will arise and
spill out causing injury.
• Must not use used oil, it will lower oil flash point and result in excessive bubbling up and cause
fire.
• Do not put a whole block of shortening on the heating element, it must be distributed into the
bottom of the fryer and between heating element gaps. Do not operate the equipment with the fryer
empty. Failure to do so will cause irreparable damage to the heat element and may cause a fire.
• When this unit is in use, the temperature is very high, so it has a certain risk! Pay close attention
when operating. Use appropriate protective measure, such as gloves, aprons, masks when
exposed to hot oil. Do not move the fryer or drain the oil into a container until the oil temperature
has cooled. Allow the oil to cool to room temperature.
CAUTION:
• The maximum amount of food to be loaded at one time is 1kg/standard basket. Excessive
amounts of food or excessively wet food can cause the oil to boil violently. Spillage of hot oil can
produce life-threatening injuries.
