Parfocality adjustment
In order to have the same focus when observing the specimen
through the eyepieces and on the monitor, please check that the
microscope is properly set and follow the instructions below.
1. Use a low power objective and focus the specimen using the
microscope focus knobs.
2. Switch to the highest dry objective available on the micro-
scope (40x or 60x) and focus the specimen again.
3. Turn on the live-view on the camera, without changing the
focus on the microscope.
4. While observing the image on the monitor, adjust the focus
by turning the knurled knob on the C-mount adapter. (Fig. 13)

Adjusting the position of the monitor
The support bracket is equipped with 4 screws of that lock the
bracket in the desired position.
To change the height or tilt of the monitor, proceed as follows:
1. Loosen the four fixing screws ① (Fig. 14) and position or tilt
the monitor to the optimal position.
2. Once the adjustment is made, tighten the screws.

NOTE: The mini-PC has some weight. If the fixing screws
are not tightened properly, it could result in the entire
system dropping by gravity. Pay special attention to the
proper tightening of the fixing screws before starting
work.
