7. TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
The ARM
(15)
does not
turn around or is difficult
to turn around.
Poor performance when
pressing the juice or poor
juice amount.
After the pressing, juice is
dripping from the BOWL
(19).
Despite placing the
product on a flat surface,
the product is wobbling.
After pressing, the ARM
(15)
is unable to spring
back.

Possible Reason
The GEAR RACK
(16)
has
been deformed.
PINION GEAR
(09)
has
been deformed.
Oxidation may have
occurred.
The selected fruits
may not be suitable for
juicing.
The STRAINER
(18)
is not
properly positioned on
the BOWL (19).
The operation of the
ARM
(15)
was not fully
complete.
Juice dripping is normal.
One of the RUBBER FEET
(28)
may have come out.
The TOP PLASTIC
SPRING
(03)
may have
deformed.
The top PLASTIC BOLT
(02)
may have loosened.
Solution
Call customer service.
Try different types of
produce, look for "juicing"
varieties.
Make sure the STRAINER
(18)
is properly
positioned on the BOWL
(19)
by ensuring there is
no space visible.
Try turning the ARM
(15)
all the way.
Position the DRIP CUP
(25)
right under the BOWL
(19)
after juice pressing
to keep your area clean.
