1 Safety instructions
The user manual is part of the product and contains important information for correct use.
• Read the user manual completely and carefully before use�
The user manual must be available for uncertainties and passing the product.

Risk of electric shock
• In case of emergency, during thunderstorms and after use, pull the product on its plug
housing!
• NEVER immerse the soldering iron and the soldering station in water to cool down!
• Do not expose the device to moisture.
• Do not open the housing�
• Do not modify product and accessories�
• Do not short-circuit connectors and circuits�
• Only carry out soldering work on current-free and voltage-free parts.
• Use product, product parts and accessories only in perfect condition�
The soldering station may only be used if safe operation is guaranteed. Safe operation is
NOT expected in the following cases:
– in the event of visible damage (e�g� insulation faults, housing breakage)�
– for functional disorders
– after long storage under unfavourable conditions
– after improper transport
A defective device may not be put into operation, but must be disconnected from mains and
protected against further use.
• In case of questions, defects, mechanical damage, trouble and other problems, non-
recoverable by the documentation, contact your dealer or producer�
• Let only qualified personnel perform disassembly, maintenance and repair work.
Not recommended for children and people with physical and / or mentally limited capabili-
ties.
• Keep the product away from children and persons with impaired mental and/or motor
skills�
• Secure the product against accidental use�
• Secure packaging, small parts and insulation against accidental use�
Operation and storage conditions
• Place, install and transport product, product parts and accessories in a safe way�
• Mind placing cables in a way that nobody will be disabled and the cable not be dama-
ged�
• Install the system and devices attached to it in a way that persons cannot be injured,
or objects not be damaged for example by dropping or stumbling.
• Only operate the soldering station on the 220-240 V
• NEVER leave the product unattended while in operation�
• Wear appropriate work clothes when working with the soldering station to protect your
skin from solder splashes�
Hot surfaces
The soldering iron reaches temperatures of over 160°C. Touching the heated metallic parts
can cause severe burn injuries to humans and animals.
• Do not touch the metallic parts of the soldering iron during and immediately after use�
• Always place the soldering iron in the designated holder after use�
• Only place on a solid, non-slipping and fireproof surface
Explosion hazard
• Avoid proximity to flammable surfaces and substances and explosive materials.
• Do not operate in an explosive environment.
