During cooking
Before and during cooking, the interior light can be switched on or off by pressing the key
light is not switched off, it will automatically switch off after 60 seconds. The key
light is on.
The display shows the remaining cooking time, the set temperature and programme.
If the remaining times or temperatures need to be changed, refer to point 6 of the paragraph
"APPLIANCE USAGE".
If the cooking programme needs to be terminated, press the key
needs to be selected, repeat steps 4 to 7.
NOTE: some programmes provide for shaking or overturning the food during cooking (see
paragraph "PROGRAMMES AND SETTINGS"). In this case, at the right time, the equipment
emits acoustic signals and the display blinks. Remove the container from the appliance, taking
care to touch only the handles (3); the programme stops momentarily at the instant the
container is removed; shake the container (or turn the food upside down) and reinsert it into
the appliance; the fryer is reactivated as soon as the container is reinserted and the cooking
cycle resumes from the moment it was interrupted.
NOTE: take care when opening the container as a burst of steam or hot air may escape.
NOTE: use the handles (3) and be careful not to touch the container or the inside of the
appliance to prevent burns.
NOTE: do not turn the container upside down to prevent spillage of hot food or liquids.
End of cooking
- Once the time has elapsed, the timer emits 5 beeps and the appliance switches off.
- Remove the container using the handles (3) and check that the cooking is complete; if not, reinsert the
container and set it for a few more minutes, repeating steps 4 to 7.
- Once cooking is complete, remove the container (1), place it on a heat-resistant surface and transfer
the food to a suitable container.
NOTE: take care when opening the container as a burst of steam or hot air may escape.
NOTE: use the handles (3) and be careful not to touch the container, the accessories
or the inside of the appliance to prevent burns.
NOTE: do not turn the container upside down to prevent spillage of hot food or liquids.
NOTE: use oven gloves or suitable protective equipment when inserting or removing
hot food into or from the appliance.
- Reposition the container (1) in the fryer.
- Disconnect the appliance from the power outlet and let it cool down.
- Clean the container and accessories as described in the paragraph "CLEANING AND
MAINTENANCE".
