Maximum pump running time before alternating with the other pump:
when the pump is operating, it stops after the selected time and the
second pump switches on.
Selecting "is deactivated" means that the pump will only be stopped
when the OFF level is reached.
This function is used to check whether the pump is emptying the
tank within the normal running time. To do this, select a time that is
significantly longer than the normal draining time: the pump will be
changed if it has not managed to lower the water level below the OFF
level point during the set time. After 3 consecutive interruptions, the
alarm message "Time" appears. The pump is stopped and it is necessary
to reset the alarm to restart the pump.
NOTE: The factory setting is 60 s.
Delay before the pump is started, when the control box is switched on
again.
This delay only occurs after the control box has been restarted, e.g. after
a power failure. This prevents several pump stations from being switched
on at the same time after a power failure.
In "normal" operation (switching via the ON and OFF levels) this setting
has no effect.
After reaching the off level, the pumps continue to run for the set time.
The choice of the value allows to adapt to the conditions of the
installation: the dip tube must be completely out of the water after the
automatic stop of the pump.
When both pumps are requested at the same time, the second pump will
be switched on after the adjusted time.
Use this function e.g. to avoid mains overload.
If this function is deactivated, only one pump operates at a time.
Use this funciton e.g. to avoid overload of the wastewater system.
When the set value is reached, the control box stops the pump and
generates an alarm.
The fault must be manually reset by pressing
The values set can be different for each pump.
NOTE: if the value is set to 0.0 A, the control box is in test mode. The
pump is not disabled. All functions of the control system are active. The
motor current is not monitored.
The pumps are activated briefly after 24 hours if no start has been made
via the switch-on level.
IMPORTANT
This function must be activated if single-phase pumps are connected.
If the ATEX mode is switched on, activation after 24 hours only occurs if
the water level is above the OFF level.
Activation or deactivation of the buzzer.
NOTE: This setting does not affect the potential-free contacts.
The relay for the collective fault alarm message operates intermittently or
delivers a continuous signal.
If pump changeover is enabled, a pump changeover is performed after
each pumping operation.
To enable or disable the analysis of the TH1 and TH3 control circuits.
NOTE: It is not possible to deactivate the analysis of the TH2 and TH4
control circuits via the software.
For further explanations on these control circuits (connections,
deactivation...) see 4.2.4 Thermocontactors wiring.
Function to check the connection of the three phases when connecting
three-phase pumps.
- For a single-phase installation, select "is deactivated".
- For a three-phase installation with 3x230V connection (e.g. for
Sanipump ZFS 71 60 Hz or Sanipump ZPG 71 60 Hz): select "is
deactivated" but check the correct direction of rotation of the pumps
(counterclockwise when looking at the impeller).
- For a three-phase installation with 3x400V connection: select "is
activated".
When the ATEX mode is activated, the pump can only be switched on
if the level is higher than the OFF level. This also applies to the manual
function and the "24 hours start" function.
If the service mode is activated, it is possible to change the parameters.
If the service mode is deactivated, no parameter settings are possible.
Level detection via internal pressure sensor.
Level detection via external sensor.
Level detection via float switches.
