Install the Breaker Hammer
Breaker Hammer must be
switched off and unplugged
before assembly, adjustments, troubleshoot-
ing, or changing of accessories. Such preventa-
tive safety measures reduce the risk of starting
the tool accidentally, which may result in per-
sonal injury.
1. Carefully lay the breaker hammer onto the
Clamping Blocks as seen in (Fig. 6). Note: the
springs on the breaker hammer will align with
openings in the Bottom Clamping Block 13.
2. Install the corresponding Top and Bottom
Clamping blocks through the Clamping Block
Rods 14 and onto the breaker hammer. For
the Bottom Clamping Block 13, ensure the
side with the image indicated in Fig. 7 is fac-
ing towards the top (towards the handle).
Note: make sure that the blocks are resting
flat and even with no spaces between the
curvatures of the breaker hammer and the
blocks. (Fig. 7)
3. Install the Cover Plate 15 through the Clamp-
ing Block Rods 14 and onto the clamping
blocks. (Fig. 7)
4. Install a Flat Metal Washer 17, followed by a
Spring Washer 18 on to each Clamping Block
Rod 14. (Fig. 7)
5. Screw a Hand Knob 16 onto each Clamping
Block Rod 14 until they make contact with
the Cover Plate 15, then evenly tighten them,
in a criss-cross pattern, until the breaker
hammer is secured in place. (Fig. 7)
6. Follow the breaker hammer's manual to
properly install the accessory.
7. Using the cart handle, back the floor cart
from surface it was suspended on and care-
fully lower it to the ground. (Fig. 8)
8. Guide the breaker hammer's power cord
through the Power Cord Holder 4 on the cart
Handle 1. (Fig. 8)
