Symptom
Any setting

Possible Cause
H-Link connection
between ATW-IOT-01 and
Yutaki unit is down.
ATW-IOT-01 is not
connected to the home
WI-FI since SSID or
password of the home
WI-FI has been modified
ATW-IOT-01 is not
connected to WI-FI
There is no internet
connection
Router does not provide
2.4GHz WI-FI.
Remedy
Make sure proper connection
cables are used.
Make sure wire loops are
performed on the cable.
Make sure both cables are
connected between Heating Unit
and ATW-IOT-01
Using CSNET Home mobile Apps,
update or configure the correct
WiFi settings for the related
ATW-IOT-01 device.
Place ATW-IOT-01 close to the
router or use WI-FI extenders to
reach ATW-IOT-01
Verify if WI-FI in the house has
internet connection. If not,
contact your service provider.
Create separate 2.4 GHz WI-FI
network and connect IOT device
to it.
