4. Check and Secure the Fittings
Make sure the tee and the overflow pipe are vertical.
Make sure the waste pipe is horizontal.
If adjustments are needed, partially loosen the coupling nuts and
reposition the tee.
Hand tighten the coupling nuts.
Tighten the overflow and waste ferrules evenly to ensure good
seals, while maintaining proper vertical and horizontal alignment.
Tighten the overflow ferrule with the spanner provided.
Tighten the waste ferrule with a coin or large screwdriver.
Wrench tighten the coupling nuts to one quarter turn past
hand-tight.
5. Install the Control Knob
Remove the control knob from the packaging.
Connect the control knob to the overflow "D" stem and secure
using the supplied hex wrench.
Remove the pop-up plug from the packaging. Insert the plug into
the bath waste.
Turn the control knob fully clockwise to open the drain. There
should be a 3/8" (1 cm) gap between the plug and the waste
flange.
