14. INFORMATION
1. In case your device no longer works, first
check whether other reasons, such as an in-
terruption in the power supply or improper
handling, could be the cause.
2. In the case of repair: ensure that the defec-
tive device is accompanied by the following
documents:
- Invoice
- description of the fault (as precise a des-
cription as possible will speed up the repair).
Before sending your device, remove all ac-
cessories that are not part of the original
components supplied with the pump. We
do not assume responsibility in the event

According to EU guideline 2012/19/EU
concerning old electric and electronic ap-
pliances and its implementation in national
law, such appliances must be collected se-
parately and fed into an environmentfriendly

main spare parts (so-called wear parts) for
this product both under and outside the war-
ranty period. The expected duration is 5 years
from the date of manufacture of the product,
which appears on its nameplate.
In the event of a warranty claim or breakdowns,
please contact your reseller only. An interven-
tion under warranty or an exchange with a
new product during the warranty period does
not extend the initial duration of the warranty.
