Equipment warranty
Accessmatic grants a 3-year warranty on its products, which are distributed as follows:
Geared motors
If the gear motor of the equipment purchased by the
customer shows any damage due to factory defects or
internal mismatch detected when installing the equip-
ment. The agent of the brand in each country, will repla-
ce the required part(s) or, failing that, the geared motor
at no cost.
Remote controls
Remote controls have a 1-year warranty against manu-
facturing defects.
Consumables
The component's considered consumables have a
3-month warranty.
Any corrective repair in mechanical parts will have a 3-month warranty and a 1-month electrical warranty, (Does not apply to repairs
made by someone other than the agent), as well as damages due to incorrect use, alterations, abuse, natural wear and tear or accidents.
Warranty for spare parts and accessories
Spare type
Internal electronic boards.
Internal motors.
Backup batteries, lamps.
Centrals*, photocells, receivers
sensors, parachute brakes, cameras
and/or controls.
Torsion springs, hardware, hinges,
guides, torsion bars and racks.
Electronic components,
switches and other spare parts,
selectores and/or locks.
* Electronic boards sold with cover and transformer included.
Electrical part
The 3-year warranty covers power control boards and
electrical parts. The agent of the brand in each coun-
try, undertakes to replace or repair any part that fails
due to damage due to factory defects.
Batteries
Batteries are considered wearable parts. They have a
6-month warranty, considered when the failure of the
accessory is related to a factory defect.
