SAFETY NOTES
● Check the state of the tool at regular intervals and do not use it if damaged.
● Make sure that the tool is mounted correctly.
● Do not over tighten or apply excessive force to the spindle as this could otherwise damage the
tool as well as the component.
● The tool is not suitable for air impact wrenches. The use of an air Impact Wrench may lead to
parts of the tool rupturing. The fragments of the tool flying around may cause injuries.
● This manual serves as a brief guide and does not replace a workshop manual. Always refer to
the vehicle-specific service literature, particularly the technical data such as torque values and
instructions for disassembly/assembly, etc.
● Grease the spindle thread before using the tool.
● Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area.
● Do not let any children play with the tool or its packaging and store this tool out of reach of
children.
REMOVING
Components 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 10 are required for disassembly
Attention! Before removing, the installation position should be marked on both sides of the trailing
arm!
1. The C-ring (2) is fastened with the magnets on the side of the trailing arm on which the bush
has the larger metal bracket.
2. Align the frame arms (5) on the frame bridge (3) so that the spindle (1) with the sleeve (7)
presses evenly onto the bearing from the other side. The scale on the frame bridge (3) is used
for alignment.
3. When all components are correctly aligned, the bearing can be removed.
