• The freezer you have chosen allows you
to store frozen food and to freeze fresh
food (see the section on freezing). This
appliance adjusts to the needs of the
moment, and the freezing degree can
be adjusted from 0 to 6.
• Remember that thermostat settings
may vary depending on the ambient
temperature,
stored, its location and the frequency
with which the door is opened. With
experience, you will find the most
suitable setting for your needs.
• Additionally, please note that this
appliance have a dual system, so that
with a convenient push button you
can turn the freezer into a refrigerator
if desired. Simply turn the knob to
'R' and the appliance will work as a
refrigerator.
• In the low temperature section, where it
reaches -18°C, frozen food can be stored
for several months. It is advisable to set
the thermostat in the middle position.
The conservation time of the food is
usually indicated on the package. A
product that begins to thaw cannot
be refrozen and should be consumed
as soon as possible. To better preserve
aromas, flavours and freshness, we
suggest wrapping them in aluminium
foil or polyethylene and placing them
in appropriate containers with lids.
• Below, you can find an indicative table
of the temperatures according to the
position of the knob. These values
are approximate due to the external
causes of the appliance that have been
mentioned above. See table 03 on page
10.

• Frequent and prolonged opening of
the door.
• Freezing of large quantities of food.
• High ambient temperature.
• Malfunction
food
system (in this case contact the
technical assistance centre).

with liquids in the low temperature
compartment.
Note: Do not eat ice cubes or popsicles
straight out of the freezer. The cold could
cause burns.
Freezing indications
• Prevent
coming into contact with already frozen
products. Always put dry packages in
the freezer to avoid that several of them
freeze together forming a solid block.
• Always prepare food in individual
portions, as they freeze faster.
• To freeze the maximum quantity of food
indicated on the technical data plate,
follow the instructions in the following
section.
• Set the thermostat to the ''6'' position 24
hours before starting to freeze the food.
• Place and distribute the food on the
first shelf directly on the cooling rack
and avoid opening the door more than
necessary; if necessary, open it for the
shortest time possible.
• 26 hours after the start of freezing, turn
the thermostat knob back to the desired
