19. GARANZIA ROBLIN
COMMERCIAL WARRANTY AND AS-
SISTANCE SERVICE
COMMERCIAL WARRANTY
The commercial warranty provided by
the company FRANKE FRANCE SAS
for ROBLIN-branded products is limited
to distribution professionals. It is applic-
able to mainland France, Corsica and
the DOM-TOMs.
The commercial warranty is a 2-year
parts warranty (excluding labour and
travel costs). It applies from the date the
device is invoiced to the consumer,
provided that date falls within 12 months
following the date of sale by ROBLIN to
the Customer.
In order to satisfy the consumer in every
assistance service intervention, the
Customer undertakes to guide the con-
sumer towards the service arranged by
ROBLIN to organise the procedure as
quickly as possible. The assistance ser-
vice can be contacted on the following
number: 04 88 78 59 93
The details to be communicated to the
ROBLIN assistance service are:
- A description of the fault found
- The commercial reference of the
product as well as its serial number
- A copy of the consumer's purchase in-
voice, together with their contact details.
This warranty applies to all technical or
functional problems. The following are
excluded from the commercial warranty:
- Faults concerning accessories or con-
sumables (filters, lamps, lights...),
- Damage, faults and defects attribut-
able to causes of external origin,
- Damage due to corrosion, poor con-
nection or power supply,
- Damage due to non-compliance with
the instructions provided by ROBLIN
(installation, assembly...),

- Faults resulting from modification of
the construction and characteristics of
the ROBLIN brand appliance,
- Faults and damage deriving from the
use of spare parts that do not conform to
those originally supplied by ROBLIN or
from insufficient maintenance,
- Faults resulting from professional or
commercial use of the appliances.
AVAILABILITY OF SPARE PARTS
In application of article R 111-3 of the
Consumer Code, for products placed on
the market after 1 March 2015, ROBLIN
guarantees the availability of spare
parts essential for the use of its
Products for a period of 10 years from
the date of purchase of the product by
the consumer, as evidenced by the in-
voice, provided that the date of pur-
chase falls within the 12 months follow-
ing the date of sale by ROBLIN to the
Customer.
