INSTALLATION
Maintenance before installation
Before setting up the appliance and connecting it to the mains, wash the walls and internal
accessories with lukewarm water and neutral soap to eliminate the smell typical of new products,
and dry them thoroughly.

Do not use detergents or abrasive cleaners, as they will damage the coating.
When using for the first time or after a period of non-use, before placing food i n the compartment,
run the appliance for at least 2 hours on the highest setting.

Never expose the device to flames
• Place the unit in a dry, well-ventilated room.
• The device should be positioned away from heat sources such as radiators, boilers, sunlight,
etc.
• Your device has been designed to operate optimally at a certain ambient temperature. It is
then said to be designed for a particular "climate class". This climate class is clearly indicated
on the nameplate (see "Contact" section). The refrigerator may not maintain satisfactory indoor
temperatures if it operates outside the temperature limits of its assigned climate class. Please
ensure that the chosen location complies with these temperature limits:

• In accordance with the above, do not place your appliance on balconies, verandas, terraces,
garages, etc... excessive heat in summer and cold in winter prevent it from working properly
and therefore prevent food from being preserved correctly.
• Adequate levelling must be ensured by adjusting one or more of the adjustable feet on the
underside of the cabinet (see "Levelling the appliance" section).
