TROUBLESHOOTING
The watch does not turn on. Charge the device for a few minutes. If
the watch does not charge, check the USB cable and charger.
The smartphone cannot find the watch. Make sure that BT is turned
on on the smartphone. Make sure the watch is not connected to
another smartphone.
Loss of connection with the smartphone. Allow the app to run in the
background and remove all restrictions.
SAFE USE RULES
Do not press sharp objects against the screen or tap it too hard. Do not
disassemble the device or attempt to repair it yourself. Do not drop,
throw or bend the device. To avoid injury, do not use a watch that is
cracked or otherwise defective. Clean with a dry or slightly moist cloth
only after turning the device off and disconnecting it from the power
supply.
WARRANTY TERMS
The warranty period is 2 years from the moment of purchase unless
otherwise specified by local law. The service life equals the warranty
period.
