Note: While the heating elements are warming up, a burnt smell and smoke may
appear when the appliance is used for the first time. This does not represent a
danger or a defect. Wait until the appliance has heated up and the smell has
disappeared when you use the product for the first time. It is advisable to use the
appliance without contents/cooked food.
Remove the appliance from its packaging and remove all packaging material.
Wipe the heating plates of the sandwich maker with a slightly damp cloth.
Attention! Before cleaning or changing the heating plates, make absolutely sure
that the appliance is not connected to the mains and has cooled down completely!
