3. (SO) ON/OFF & STANDBY MODE
The Rebel has 2 modes of operation—On or Standby/Off. Standby/Off mode will disable
the atomizer/cartomizer and the adjustment settings even if the button is depressed.
This mode is convenient for storing in a bag or pocket, where it otherwise could be
accidentally turned on.
The factory default setting is ON. To change to OFF/Standby, press the button 5 times

When "So" is shown on the display, leave the button idle for 2 seconds and the display

will then show the last setting selected "On" or "Of"
The device will toggle between On or Of each time the button is depressed.
