6.11. AUTO STANDBY
EN
This soundbar automatically switches to standby after 15 minutes of inactivity and no
audio play from a connected device.
7. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Always disconnect the soundbar from its power source and the connected device
before cleaning or storing.
The exterior surface of the soundbar should be wiped with a clean dry cloth only.
Never immerse the soundbar or its cables in water or other liquids.
Do not use any abrasive cleaners, chemicals, glass cleaners, universal cleaners,
or oil-based maintenance agents.
8. TROUBLESHOOTING
You may try to solve the following simple problems by yourself. If they cannot be
solved, please contact the after-sales service department.
Problem
No power
There is no
sound or
the sound is
distorted.
The remote
control does not
work.
Possible cause
The AC power cord is not
connected to the power
supply or is not connected to
a power supply securely.
• The audio cables aren't
connected securely.
• The volume is set to the
minimum level.
• The sound is switched off.
• There is no battery in the
remote control.
• The battery is flat.
• The remote control isn't
pointed to the remote
sensor.
• The remote control is out
of its operating area.
• The unit is shut down.

Recommended solution
Please check that the AC power
cord is connected securely.
• Connect the audio cables
securely.
• Increase the volume.

• Press
to unmute the sound.

• Press
• Install two AAA/1.5V batteries
in it.
• Replace the batteries with new
ones.
• Make sure the remote control
is pointed to the remote control
sensor of the soundbar.
• Make sure the remote control is
within the operating area.
• Switch off the unit and
disconnect it from the AC outlet.
Then power on the unit again.
