1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Before using this appliance, read the instructions below carefully
and keep them for future reference.
1. This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years or over,
and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities
or persons without experience or knowledge, provided they are
properly supervised or have been instructed regarding how to safely
use the appliance and understand the risks involved. Children
must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance by
the user must not be carried out by children without supervision.
2. This appliance is intended solely for domestic use. Any other
(professional) use is excluded.
3. Before plugging the appliance into the wall socket, check that
the local electric current corresponds to the current specified on
the appliance's rating plate. Always plug your appliance into an
earthed wall socket.
4. If the supply cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, the manufacturer's after-sales service, or a person
with similar qualifications, in order to avoid any danger.
5. Unplug the power cable from the mains as soon as you
stop using the appliance and prior to any cleaning operations,
maintenance work and when attaching accessories.
6. Do not immerse the appliance, the power cable or the plug in
water or any other liquid.
7. Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces. This appliance must
not be exposed to rain or damp conditions.
8. The cord should be positioned so that it cannot be pulled or
tripped over.
9. Be careful when using the appliance on stairs.
10. Do not leave the appliance unattended while it is connected to
the electricity network.
11. The appliance must always be switched off before plugging it
in or unplugging it.
12. Never move the appliance by pulling on the power cable.
13. Do not pull the power cable, lift the appliance by the cable, trap
the cable in a door, or scrape it against a corner.
14. Do not install this appliance near any source of heat, such as a
radiator, hot air inlet, oven, or any other device that produces heat.
15. When unplugging the power cable, always pull it at the plug,
do not pull on the cable itself.
