7. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Possible Cause

is full or incorrectly
installed.
The hose is blocked
or damaged.
The wash tool is
blocked.
The air inlet filter is
dirty.

Solution
■ Securely insert the plug into the mains
socket. Press the ON/OFF button. If
the fabric cleaner is still not working,
ask a qualified technician to check the
fabric cleaner.
■ Contact an authorised repair centre to
mend the power cord.
■ Remove and clean these parts as
shown in the Cleaning and care
section.
■ Make sure the wash tool is securely
connected to the hose handle.
■ Remove and then reinsert the clean
water tank, making sure it clicks firmly
into place.
■ Empty and clean the dirty water tank
(see the Cleaning and care section).
■ Reinstall the dirty water tank.
■ Check the hose for cracks. If the hose
is damaged, contact an authorized
repair centre to mend it.
■ Flush the hose through (see the
Cleaning and care section).
■ Detach the wash tool and wash in
water to remove the blockage.
■ Remove, clean and reinstall the filter.
