1 .- Raise the locking lever by 45º to lift the head.
2 .- After cleaning and drying of the pieces that have been in contact with food, place the bowl
in its place, fixing it with a small clockwise turn.
3 .- Place products inside the bowl. Bear in mind the volume increase from the products that
will take place during their preparation.
4.- Select the type of rod or accessory to use, put it into the rotating axis and fix it by a small
clockwise turn.
5 .-Lift the blocker lever to lower head by 45º, and ensure that this is properly set.
6 .- Plug the wire into the right electrical source.
7 .- Before turning it on, place the speed selector at its minimum value "0"
8 .- Press the ON / OFF to start, and a red light will turn on. Turn the speed selector knob
gently clockwise until the desired speed is reached.
9 .- Control the preparation time, for very thick dough, the maximum preparation time should
not exceed 10 minutes, otherwise the engine could overheat.
