Using the Base Accessory
Before installing
‐ Check that your vehicle seat belt is compatible with the base
accessory by referring to your vehicle owner's manual and page 32
in this user guide.
Overhang
It is important that the plastic body of the base
of the child restraint rests completely flat on
the vehicle seat with no side overhang. It is
permissible to allow the Steel Support Bar on
the base to hang over the front edge of the
vehicle seat.
Adjusting the Recline Angle for Seat Belt
Installation
IMPORTANT:
Vehicle must be parked on a
level surface.
1. Press the recline adjustment button.
2. Position the base on the vehicle seat in
contact with the seat back.
