1.
PLEASE BEWARE THAT...
Your stove is designed to burn wood pellets, if you want to use other kinds of biomass fuels, check with your
dealer first.
In order to prevent the risk of accident, a correct installation must be done following the instructions of this
manual. Your distributor will be available to help you and provide you information related to codes, assembly and
installation norms in your area.
The gas outlet system works is a vacuum system (no air within the burn pot), for this reason, it is necessary
for this system to be hermetically sealed. A regular check may be required to ensure a correct gas outlet.
It is recommended to clean the gas outlet system twice a year or after having used 500kg of pellets. To
prevent defects in operation, it is required to install the gas outlet in a vertical position using a "T" a vertical tube
at least two metres in length (2m), never horizontally (see point 4).
The ground plug shall be connected to ~230/240V - 50Hz. Please make sure the power cable does not remain
under the stove nor close to hot areas of the stoves and it is not in contact with sharp areas that could damage it.
When the stove is installed in a mobile-home, the ground plug shall be connected to a metallic part on the
ground and perfectly adjusted. Make sure the structure of the house supports the stove's weight.
Make sure the gas outlet flex going through the roof is not in contact with any flammable material to avoid
any risk of fire.
AS PANADERO DO NOT HAVE DIRECT CONTROL ON THE INSTALLATION OF YOUR STOVE, PANADERO DO
NOT GUARANTEE IT AND DO NOT BEAR THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ANY DAMAGE THAT COULD RESULT FROM A BAD
USE OR A BAD INSTALLATION.
WE CAREFULLY RECOMMEND THE HEAT CALCULATION TO BE MADE BY A QUALIFIED HEATING ENGINEER.
2.
ADVICE AND RECOMMENDATIONS.
2.1.
All local regulations, including those referring to national and European standards must be met when
installing the boiler.
2.2.
The stove must be installed on floors of sufficient bearing capacity and, if the existing construction does not
allow this, the floor must be adapted and made suitable, for example by fitting a load distribution plate.
2.3.
Never use petrol, fuel for lanterns, kerosene nor any similar liquid. Keep this kind of fuel away from your
stove.
2.4.
Do not try to turn on your stove if some glass is broken.
2.5.
Make sure the glass door of the fireplace is well closed while the boiler is in operation; also check the
cleaning hatches (if you have touched them).
2.6.
Unauthorized modifications are forbidden. Use only spare parts provided by PANADERO (see exploded view).
2.7.
Do not overload the stove; continuous heating efforts might cause premature aging and damage paint (it is
recommended not to exceed 250°C for gas outlet temperature).
2.8.
Do not use the stove as a burner.
2.9.
The stove shall always be connected to a ground plug and an AC stable supply of ~230/240V - 50Hz and sine
wave.
2.10. To prevent possible electrical shocks, only trained personnel should have access to the sides and the back of
the stove.
2.11. In case of a possible fire in the exhaust, the appliance will be turned off due to the excessive temperatures in
the exhaust. In order to prevent this, the directions about the exhaust installation in paragraph 4 must be
respected. Consult your distributor
2.12. In order to refill the stove with fuel, the user must remove the hopper lid and empty the contents of the fuel
tank carefully, to prevent it from overflowing.
