Towing attachment
Use a tow rope of at least 1500 lbs. (681 kg) average tensile strength for
pulling a single person, 2375 lbs. (1078 kg) average tensile strength for
pulling two people, 3350 lbs. (1521 kg) average tensile strength for pulling
three people, and 4100 lbs. (1861 kg) tensile strength for pulling four people
on an inflatable tube. The tow rope should be at least 50 feet (15,2 m) in
length, but not exceed 65 feet (19,8 m).
Towables with quick connect attachment
Connect the towable with the tow rope to the quick-connect device by
plugging the eyelet from the end of the tow rope through the eyelet of the
plastic hook (1), place it over the two prongs of the hook (2) and then tighten
the rope firmly (3).

Usage of a quick release system (available as an option)
Towables or their pertinent towing ropes should be optionally equipped with a
quick release system. A quick release system means to release the towable
from the tow rope manually or automatically in case of an emergency by
triggering a release mechanism. The release mechanism should be in reach
of the rider/observer/boat driver. At towables of category C1 the application
of a quick release system for single riders is obligatory. The quick release
mechanism has to be positioned on towable (in case of use by children
below the age of 14 on towing boat).
NOTE :The user (rider) should not trigger the quick release for
interrupting a normal safe ride without urgent reasons. National
rules shall be considered additionally.
Signal devices
The watercraft shall be equipped with a towing streamer/flag in order to
advise other watercrafts that towing is occurring.
Maintaining and monitoring proper inflation
It is important to monitor the amount of air in your product as heat will cause
the bladder to expand, possibly damaging seams or I-beams. If you leave a
full tube sitting in the sun for any length of time it will expand. Either store it
in the shade or let some air out. Don't leave your product on the beach,
dock, or boat full of air! If the product is stored out of the sun in a cool place,
you may need to add some air. Check and adjust the inflation level each time
you use your product for maximum performance and enjoyment.
