Fasten the SUPPORTS (F) to the TOP (G) as shown. Turn
six 13/16" HEX HEAD SCREWS (4) a few turns using the
L-WRENCH (2). Do not completely tighten the SCREWS
at this time.

Peel off the backing from the CORD CLIP (6) and apply the
CORD CLIP to the TOP (G) as shown.
