Problem
The Bluetooth
name cannot be
found.
The control panel
buttons do not
work.
Storage
• Always unplug the unit before storing it.
• Store the unit in a fresh, dry and dust-free place, out of the
reach of children and pets.
• Please retain the packaging and use it to store your unit when
it is not in use for an extended period of time.
Possible Cause
• T h e B l u e t o o t h
function may not
be enabled on the
Bluetooth device.
• You are too far from
the speaker.
• Another Bluetooth
pairing prevents you
from pairing your
Bluetooth device with
the speaker.
• T h e s p e a ke r i s
affected by static
electricity.

Solution
• Make sure the Bluetooth function is
enabled on your Bluetooth device.
• Place the Bluetooth device within 10
metres of the speaker.
• Remove any existing Bluetooth pairing
and try pairing the devices again.
• Turn off the speaker. Then, unplug
the device and wait 10 seconds before
plugging it in again and switching it
back on.
