• Verify that the child restraint and child restraint belts or straps do not interfere with the opening and
closing of the vehicle door.
• Consult vehicle user guide to ensure child restraint installation does not interfere with function of
vehicle seats.
• Never leave child unattended.
• Only allow the child to board and disembark on the footpath-side.
• On long journeys, take regular breaks in order to give your child chance to move and play.
• If the child causes the vehicle seat belt lock to open, in the event of an emergency stop or an
accident there is a risk of serious or even fatal injuries.
a. Stop the vehicle safely as soon as this is possible; and
b. Ensure that the child seat is correctly fastened; and
c. Ensure that the child is buckled up correctly; and
d. Explain the consequences and dangers to the child.
• The lap part of the vehicle seat belt should be worn underneath the armrest and rest low on the
child's upper thighs (pelvis area) such that it is firmly secure.
• Always support the base and backrest while lifting or carrying this booster seat.
• Cover the booster seat when the vehicle is parked in direct sunlight. Parts of the booster seat could
become hot enough to burn a child.
• Store the booster seat in a cool, dry place when it is not being used. Avoid placing heavy objects on
top of the booster seat.
• Never lubricate or oil parts of the product.
• Airbags are designed to protect adults. If the child seat is too close to the front airbag, slight or
