Lower connectors (ISOFIX) are not required for proper seat installation. If lower connectors
(ISOFIX) are not used, ensure they are properly stored in the seat base and do not interfere with
the base of the booster seat.
1. Verify the booster seat is compatible with your vehicle.
Refer to pages 25 - 29 for information about
compatible seat belts and head restraints.
a. Push the booster seat back against the vehicle
seat back and ensure that it is positioned
correctly so the vehicle head restraint allows the
backrest to lie flat against the vehicle seat back.
Vehicle head restraint may need to be adjusted or
removed. See page 27 for more information.
b. Ensure that the base of the booster seat does not
hang over the edge of the vehicle seat.
2. If the vehicle seat back is adjustable, ensure it is in the
upright position before placing the booster seat on the
vehicle seat (see page 10).
3.
Hold down the ISOFIX setting button and push the lower
connectors (ISOFIX) fully out.
