3. Freezer temperature setting:
Press the button on the right side of the control panel several times to cycle through the temperatures
from -16ºC to -22ºC. Press and hold the button to activate the FAST FREEZE function, the freezer will ope-
rate at a temperature of -25ºC. After 24 hours, the fast freeze function ends automatically, or it can be
terminated manually at any time by pressing the button again.
Fast Cool
Fast temperature cooling helps to prevent the loss of nutrients from food and to preserve its freshness.
After 3 hours of full operation, the Fast Cool function is automatically deactivated and the temperature
mode returns to the one set prior to activation.
Fast freeze
1. Fast freeze causes the water in the food to be transformed into fine ice crystals to prevent damage to
the cell membrane and loss of cytoplasm during defrosting, thus preserving the original freshness and
nutritional value of the food.
2. Fresh foods and fish that need to be kept for a long time should be quick frozen.

Commissioning
1. The product may not operate uniformly (possibility of defrosting of the contents or of the temperature

2. The fact that internal temperatures may be affected by factors such as the location of the refrigerant,
ambient temperature and frequency of door opening and, if applicable, a warning that the setting of
any temperature control device may need to be varied to take account of these factors.
3. The fact that effervescent beverages should not be stored in food freezer compartments or freezer
cabinets or in low-temperature compartments or cabinets, and that some products, such as water ices,
should not be consumed too cold.
4. It is necessary not to exceed the shelf life(s) recommended by the manufacturer(s) of any type of
food.
5. The fact that an increase in the temperature of frozen foods during manual thawing, maintenance or
cleaning could shorten the shelf life.
6. It is better to wrap frozen food in several layers of glass shelves.
7. The care to be taken with stored frozen food in case the product is out of operation for a prolonged
period of time (power failure or breakdown of the refrigeration system).
