3. Freezer temperature setting:
Press the button on the right side of the control panel several times to cycle through the temperatures
from -16ºC to -22ºC. Press and hold the button to activate the FAST FREEZE function, the freezer will ope-
rate at a temperature of -25ºC. After 24 hours, the fast freeze function ends automatically, or it can be
terminated manually at any time by pressing the button again.
Fast Cool
Fast temperature cooling helps to prevent the loss of nutrients from food and to preserve its freshness.
After 3 hours of full operation, the Fast Cool function is automatically deactivated and the temperature
mode returns to the one set prior to activation.
Fast freeze
1. Fast freeze causes the water in the food to be transformed into fine ice crystals to prevent damage to
the cell membrane and loss of cytoplasm during defrosting, thus preserving the original freshness and
nutritional value of the food.
2. Fresh foods and fish that need to be kept for a long time should be quick frozen.
