If the repair's costs of an appliance not covered
by warranty are lower than 190,00 €, the repair
will be done without needing any confirmation
from the retailer; If the repair's costs of an ap-
pliance not covered by warranty are higher than
190,00 €, a repair estimate will be sent to the
retailer (inclusive of labour and material costs), if
the estimate will be accepted by the retailer the
repair will be done within the times and modal-
ities agreed by contract. If the repair estimate
won't be accepted the good will be returned to
the client with a lump sum billing to cover diag-
nosis' costs (see attached sheet).

Self-Diagnosis
Even if the returned goods are still covered by
the warranty, if while under repair no fault or
anomaly will be identified, the good will be sent
back to the client with a lump sum billing to cover
the diagnosis' costs (see attached sheet).
