Using the Front Wheel Swivel Locks
To lock, move the swivel wheel lever
inward on each front wheel.
NOTE: You may need to swivel the wheels
to the proper position to engage the
swivel lock.
To unlock, move the swivel wheel lever
outward on each front wheel.
