Possible cause
Low battery power
On/off button is not pressed down
Brushroll is entangled
Dirty water tank full
Battery pack not assembled properly
Air path blocked
Suction inlet blocked
No HEPA assembled

Clean water tank empty
Water spray button not pressed
Clean water tank not assembled

HEPA and dust cup are put to use

Filter is not assembled in the dirty

Solution
Recharge battery
Press down on/off button
Clean brushroll
Clean dirty water tank
Reassemble battery pack
Clean air path and filter
Clean suction inlet and filter
Assemble HEPA
Clean suction inlet
Assemble HEPA
Fill clean water tank
Press water spray button
Reassemble clean water tank
Dry the HEPA and dust cup after
washing before use
Assemble filter in dirty water tank
Reassemble the filter, the soft glue
must not be folded
