Troubleshooting
The kettle won't turn on. Possible causes: socket malfunction; the kettle is
not placed on the power base. Solution: check the socket by plugging in
another device; place the kettle on a power base.
The kettle switches off a few seconds after it is switched on. Possible
cause: no water or little water. Solution: unplug the kettle from the mains.
Wait until it has cooled down and repeat the instructions under "Using the
Device".
The kettle will not turn off automatically after the water boils. Possible
cause: the device's lid is not closed. Solution: remove the plug from the
electric socket. Let the device cool down for a few minutes, then make sure
the lid is tightly closed.
ATTENTION! If none of the suggested methods have solved the problem,
contact your supplier or an authorized service center. Do not disassemble the
device or attempt to repair it yourself.
