4.1 Delivery Scope

pleteness and possible transport damages.

4.2 Intended Use
Steamer X3 is a high-quality, universal steam
cleaner for the following applications:
_ Cleaning of models, dies, metal structures, small
objects, ceramic or prosthetic plastics
_ Steaming off waxy residue
_ Cleaning of articulators
_ Cleaning of dental tools/instruments
_ Cleaning of jewellery
Steamer X3 has been developed for operation in
the dental area. Starting-up and operation must
always take place according to these Operating
Instructions. Other or improper use, such as the
usage of other liquids than water, apply as con-
trary to the intended use. For damage resulting
from other use than intended for or improper use,
the manufacturer shall exclude any and all liabil-
ity.

4.3 Product description
A stainless steel tank with a capacity of 3.7 l is
integrated in the Steamer X3. The housing is
made of aluminium. The housing surface is
smooth and easy to clean. The housing cover is
made of glass fibre reinforced plastic.
The Steamer X3 can be set up at any location,
independent of the water supply. Its efficient
cleaning capacity (140 °C/4 bar) is continuously
available. When the minimum water level has been
reached, a warning lamp will light up and the heat-
ing system will automatically shut off. Due to the
boiler structure, saturated steam will remain
available for a certain period of time after the
automatic shut off of the heating system.
4.4 CE Declaration of Conformity
This product was designed and manufactured
based on careful selection of the harmonised
standards to be observed, as well as additional
technical specifications. It thus corresponds with
the state-of-the-art and ensures maximum safety.
In terms of design and performance, this product
complies with the European Directives and the
supplementary national requirements. Conform-
ity has been confirmed with the CE marking.
