LIRA SLIM PLUS
Before operating on the equipment it is necessary to know the position and
function of the controls, the operating instructions and safety instructions
contained in this manual.
The unit can be used by children at least 8 years of age and by people with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience or
the necessary expertise, provided they are supervised and have received
instructions on its safe use and understand the inherent dangers.
Children must be supervised, ensuring that they do not play with the unit and in
the room where it is installed.
It is forbidden to operate the unit with the fire door open.
All the doors (pellet hopper, door, ash pan) must always remain closed when the
stove is working and when not being used.
The unit must not be used as an incinerator, but only and exclusively to heat the
room and/or the water of the heating and/or DHW system using as the only fuel
wood pellets having the characteristics described in this manual.
Do not use flammable liquids or substances to light it.
It is forbidden to handle easily flammable or explosive substances in the vicinity
of the unit while it is working.
Avoid direct contact with parts of the unit which can get hot during operation.
Ensure an ambient temperature between 0°C and 35°C in the installation room,
avoiding very high humidity (e.g. with the presence of laundry hanging out to
dry).
Do not remove or modify the pellet tank protection grid and/or any door opening/
closing safety microswitch.
It is forbidden to modify the safety or adjustment devices without the
manufacturer's express authorization.
Any tampering and/or unauthorized replacement using non-original parts can
endanger the user's safety and relieves the manufacturer of any civil and
criminal liability.
Carry out regular maintenance on the unit, at least once a year, planning the
intervention in time with the personnel of the authorized Technical Support
Center.
Cleaning and maintenance intended to be carried out by the user must not be
done by children
