5.2.3 Loading with a crane
Danger!
A DTMobil can cause severe injuries
if it fal ugs provided at the top of the tank
are to be used for
crane operations.

crane lugs

be loaded onto

vehicle.
5.3 Transporting
During transport, observe the pertinent regulations
for transport and securing loads, in particular:
• road traffic (licensing) act of the country
in question.
• CEN 12195 Parts 1 to 4 for calculation
and lashing.
Use the crane lugs for placing of the tension belts
when fastening to the transport vehicle.

Important!
Positive fit before traction!
First, try to positively load the equipment
(e.g. through striking the sides).
Recommendation:
Use a non-slip mat.
5.4 Filling the tank
Pay attention to the horizontal alignment and ensure
the tank is adequately secured!
Ban on fire, naked flames
and smoking.
1. Open the lid of the DT-Mobile.
2. Unscrew the cap from the filling connection b.
3. The container is filled using a delivery nozzle
with an automatic shut-off.
Optionally, the container can also be filled using
a fixed filling connection and limiting value
transmitter.
The limiting value transmitter must be
connected.
4. Check the level inside the tank using the
fill-level indicator c.
5. Screw the cap of the filling opening back
on tightly.
6. Contamination caused by the filling process
must be removed immediately with a dry cloth.
7. Close the lid of the DT-Mobile.
5.5 Supplying oil-fired heaters
and generators
When supplying mobile oil-fired heaters and
generators, ensure that the flow/return lines of the
DT-Mobile PRO generator tank are correctly con-
nected to the consumer.
Included in the scope of delivery:
Quick-coupling set consisting of counterpart and
3/8" male thread connection with flow and return
lines.
