NOTES:
- The welding machine must be connected to a single-phase socket of 230 V +;- 10%.
- In the MIG function, the torch power circuit terminal must be connected to the positive output
terminal and the mass pliers must be connected to the negative output terminal, unless the
consumable data indicate otherwise.
- When adjusting the power value to 80A, we must set the voltage value to +;- 16 V to 17 V.
- In the MMA function, we must respect the polarity that the manufacturer of the coated electrodes
gives us, as well as the power in amperes to weld depending on the diameter of the electrode's
soul.
- Electrodes in which the code ends in "13", are electrodes "rutile", the electrode door pliers must
be connected in the negative output terminal and the mass pliers in the positive terminal.
- Electrodes in which the code ends in "18", are "basic" electrodes, the electrode door pliers must
be connected in the positive output terminal and the mass pliers in the negative output terminal.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
● HOT-START function -- Ensures that when starting the welding process, the current is briefly and
automatically higher. This prevents the electrodes from sticking together when starting the electric
arc, i.e. facilitates the start of the electric arc, and makes the final results cleaner.
● ARC FORCE function -- Automatically compensates for current during welding when required
● ANTI-STICK function – When the electrode is glued to the metal part to be welded for 800 to
1000ms, the machine automatically reduces the current up to 30 to 70 A, and the operator can
easily remove the electrode from the metal part.
